Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is a results-driven role responsible for overseeing and leading the sales operations within the designated territory for OneNeck products and services, including Professional Services, Hosting Services, and Resale. This position will work closely with the sales team, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue in line with the Company’s vision and values. The primary goal of the Regional Sales Manager is to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive overall sales growth in the region. Additionally, this position contributes to the development of training and educational programs for their assigned team, and for clients within their territory.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned sales team focused on selling OneNeck products and services. Management includes developing, training, measuring performance, and coaching the team to perform under current sales strategies and structure to meet and exceed team sales goals, profitability goals, and effectiveness.
  • Identify specific sales campaigns/plans for the respective individual sales team members to execute under, reviewing activities in OutReach to promote prioritization of the related sequence.
  • Develop relationships with current key customers serving as an alternative contact option when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, analyze, and present forecast data for the respective team to senior leadership, as well as overall sales management team.
  • Travel within the region to meet with clients, prospects, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings as needed.
  • Monitor competitive performance, customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the interview, hiring and training processes for new sales team members to be assigned to the respective territory to ensure their team is fully staffed.
  • Manage and approve expenses within budget.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 4+ years related customer-facing experience.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Travel, based on business needs.

Other Qualifications:

  • Computer/network experience, along with knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies around complex solutions.
  • Data Center and Managed Services sales experience a strong plus.
  • Assertive to help team members work cohesively and share ideas effectively.
  • Independent, while working in a cooperative framework, utilizing ideas from others when appropriate.
  • Able to solve problems with critical analysis, considering viable alternative solutions.
  • Positive, optimistic, and able to manage stress.
