The Customer Success Managers can be hired REMOTELY or near any of the following office locations:  Madison, WI; Des Moines, IA; Eden Prairie, MN; Scottsdale, AZ or Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

The three focus areas of the Customer Success Managers will be adoption, retention and expansion within our existing recurring revenue customer base.

 

Technology adoption will involve formalizing initiatives such as customer journey mapping, scheduled business reviews, and aligning with our most recent improvements to our customer onboarding program. The position will document customer success plans, business review workflows, and expansion playbooks that align to value, event, or time-based triggers. The position will also be focused on renewals and retention of our existing revenue from this customer base. The role will collaborate closely with all internal team members and key customer contacts to ensure an outstanding customer experience, leading to account retention and growth.

 

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive adoption, expansion and retention of our recurring revenue customers.
  • Follow OneNeck processes and utilize OneNeck tools to ensure consistent delivery of the Customer Success Standard Operating Procedures for your assigned customers.
  • Partner closely with key internal stakeholders and account team members i.e., Service Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Account Executives and technical support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Review and audit billing for assigned customers regularly to ensure billing accuracy. Remediate any billing issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) or 4+ years professional work experience
  • 7+ years' experience within the information technology industry, preferably Cloud & Managed IT Services.
  • 5+ years of directly related experience supporting customer relationships such as a role of Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager working with strategic enterprise accounts.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable ability to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing customer planning and execution activity, with a proven ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Understand the customer business model and have experience delivering and implementing solutions for customers.
  • Demonstrable experience with relationship building and ability to build confidence and work with senior and executive level customer contacts.
  • Proven problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with proven success delivering verbal and written communications with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
