The Citrix Systems Administrator will work with peers and customers directly to deliver OneNeck services. This position is also be responsible for creating work instructions for the Service Desk to use for resolution of issues and completion of requests. Scheduled activities and low risk changes will also be in their scope of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
