    The Administrator – Data Center Security & Compliance serves as the central resource for administrating and operating the physical security and physical security audit compliance all OneNeck Data Centers (8). Key responsibilities include the physical security design, physical security processes, and recurring projects associated with configuring and administrating these services. The recommendation, administration, management, and negotiation of the related vendor, consulting, and software contracts associated with all of these services are included within the scope of this role. Attainment a clean audit from third party auditing firms in the areas of PCI Compliance, ISO Compliance, SOX Compliance, CJIS Compliance, GLB, HIPAA, and SSAE18 Compliance in all areas related to physical security and administration are all direct accountabilities of this position. The Administrator – Data Center Security & Compliance is responsible to guide data center managers on the use and standardization of physical security systems, so that they don’t all have to become experts themselves.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, plan, test, and achieve physical security at all enterprise facilities.  Integrate and centralize across facilities.  Attain favorable SSAE18/PCI/SOX/ISO/CJIS/GLB/HIPAA opinions from auditors related to physical security for all OneNeck data centers.
    • Design, plan, test, and enable productivity and functionality in OneNeck badge and biometric security systems. Review, maintain, and improve systems and procedures which assure security for staff and customers on OneNeck premises.  Help OneNeck respond to RFPs where there are specific physical security requirements called out.
    • Train employees and customers with security access badges.  Maintain, update, and preserve records, logs, video streams, lobby check-in, guard rounds, and documentation associated with risk management.  Maintain asset and log records and document all issues. Adhere to the ITIL framework standards. 
    • Conduct specific security investigations as directed by senior management or the CISO on an as needed basis.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) or 4+ years professional work experience
    • 3+ years’ experience in management and/or leadership
    • Certification in IT and physical security
    • Availability to consult, assist and/or perform after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.

    Other Qualifications

    • Position requires on-call coverage (via pager and/or cell phone) for security, safety, or disaster related events; which requires a distance of 30 miles radius from OneNeck’s Eden Prairie data center location.
    • Extensive knowledge of Internet and physical security systems.
    • Experience in managing and negotiating contracts.
    • Experience in managing a successful SSAE18 compliant IT and security program.
    • Experience in managing and administering a Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity Program.
    • Experience running projects using a project management methodology and consisting of projects teams of 10 or more.
    • Knowledge of common network protocols such as TCP/IP.
    • Must have dependable transportation.
