    The Order Admin provides order processing support for the sales organization. This position assists in order procurement with third party vendors and internal customer care center, and ensures compliance with company procedures.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Create and send electronic purchase orders using the sales/procurement system
    • Prepare the finalized order for invoicing
    • Receive and review sales orders from all OneNeck sales divisions
    • Track of order shipment and delivery status and verifying that all products are shipped. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and OneNeck Inside Sales team
    • Maintain order documentation
    • Receive product shipped to our office, handle packing slips and documentation

     

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree (or higher) or 2+ years professional work experience.
    • 2+ years of administrative office experience

    Other Qualifications

    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
    • Strong orientation to detail and accuracy is a must.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Organized and able to multitask.
    • Experienced in problem solving.
    • Able to work as a team or independently.
    • Experience in order processing or purchasing.
    • Prior knowledge of procurement of HP, Cisco, EMC, VMWare, or Microsoft products a plus.
    • Experience in supporting sales or inside sales staff preferred
