    An Application Analyst is responsible for managing one or more specific applications for OneNeck IT Solutions.  This includes assisting the Application Committee and other business leaders with the execution of business application strategy.  Responsible for working with end users as needed and liaise with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance tool capabilities. 


    • Perform various business analysis duties.  Lead and assist in identifying business requirements, analyze.
    • issues and communicate with end users to assess needs and optimize business solutions.
    • Perform and oversee various duties including user maintenance, data cleansing, and security setup.      
    • Provide administrative support for the application management.             
    •  Act as liaison to other internal application teams to facilitate integration with other systems.
    • Provide, or manage the delivery of, training to various user groups as needed.
    • Generate reports and/or compile data necessary to support reporting requirements.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Associate Degree or 2+ years professional work experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience working with an application platform as Admin or Business Analyst.

    • Proven attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process-oriented.
    • Data management, and training skills.
    • Solid business acumen and problem solving skills
    • Strong knowledge of Word, Power Point, and Excel.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently or in a team environment.
    • High integrity and professional values.
    • An interest in working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
    • knowledge of Cherwell application preferred
