OneNeck IT Solutions is looking for a tenacious, driven hunter, with a proven track record of exceeding quota selling Dynamics AX solutions to attain/grow new Dynamics AX customer accounts located in one of our OneNeck office locations.


The Manager-Business Development (Dynamics AX) works to improve OneNeck’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position leads the business development for OneNeck IT Solutions Dynamics AX solution set by working as a Dynamics AX SME to drive sales and to attain/grow new Dynamics AX customer accounts.

  • Develop pipeline and close Dynamics AX business within OneNeck IT Solutions existing customer & prospect base.
  • Identify other routes to market for OneNeck IT Solutions Dynamics AX offerings, and develop/execute a plan to capture those markets.
  • Be the SME (subject matter expert) around OneNeck IT Solutions Dynamics AX capabilities, value proposition, and processes. Work with existing Account Executives as a sales overlay to work and win deals that the field reps identify.
  • Work with marketing to formalize messaging and marketing collateral and present the messaging in a professional manner.
  • Provide knowledge on current industry trends that will help the sales team meet or exceed revenue goals. Professionally present to customers, prospects, and industry groups.
  • May require frequent travel to meet with clients or present at industry trade shows where/when applicable.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (or higher) or 4+ years professional work experience
  • 7+ years of sales, sales support, or business development experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
  • 20-40% travel required.

  • Proven track record of successfully selling into the Dynamics AX space.

  • Ability to build excellent peer relationships to produce inter-departmental results.
  • Ability to conceptualize, organize, and execute new initiatives.
