The Supervisor - MRR Order & Invoice leads a team of individuals responsible for the accurate and timely order processing and invoice validation for OneNeck’s Datacenter, Managed Services and Hosting customers.  Manage the process of order entry for new customers, processing of change orders or new contracts for existing customers and validating billing data and proper invoice structure before turning over to Billing team for presentation to the customer.  Also act as an escalation point for billing issues, and modify and create processes and procedures in support of the overall objectives of the team.


  • Ensure that processes and procedures are being followed across the various team functions.  Work within the team, and in conjunction with other OneNeck groups, to modify existing procedures, and develop new procedures as needed, in support of the objectives of the Team.
  • Act as an escalation point for questions or problems with individual orders or invoices.  Work across departments within OneNeck, and directly with the customer as needed, to resolve identified issues.  Use learnings from individual events to evaluate possible changes needed to tools or processes.
  • Ensure that processes for the team are documented, posted and updated regularly.  Provide or organize training within the team or across the organization as needed.
  • Develop a reporting plan that provides metrics that are appropriate for measuring the success of the team.  Ensure that this reporting plan is implemented and executed. 
  • Act as the Point of Contact for Product Development regarding how the adoption of new products or services impacts existing ordering and invoicing practices.  When new products and services demand change in our existing systems and/or processes, develop and document new process, and work with other teams related to issues such as system changes or compensation or reporting impacts.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (or higher) or 4+ years professional work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in roles that could include; Process Mgmt, complex issue resolution, collaboration with co-workers and customers.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
