The Data Analyst - Order & Invoice is responsible for the collection, analysis and distribution of data necessary to properly administer MRR orders and prepare orders for eventual billing.


  • Responsible for working with the variety of data sources to collect and analyze data needed to support proper billing functions.  In general this data will be related to usage based or metered services but could involve other data sets.
  • If billing issues arise, identify the source/scope of the problem.  Coordinate and act as liaison between Team Lead and other members to create solutions and corrections, and work to create revised practices to avoid errors in future activities.
  • Generate and distribute reports, or populate systems, in support of accurate billing operations and/or usage analysis.  Look for significant variances over time and validate data for final billing.
  • Participate with other members of the MRR OA team and other OneNeck groups to discuss new processes and procedures for the timely processing and accurate billing of OneNeck services.
  • May require limited travel to meet with other team members or Operations staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree (or higher) or 2+ years professional work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with spreadsheet and/or database reporting.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.


Other Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with MS Excel (Pivot tables, macros, graphs, complex calculations) and the importation of various data sources into Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to support a results driven, team oriented environment
  • Must be self-motivated, dynamic, creative team player.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Other Business Intelligence and Data Analytics skill sets are beneficial.
