OneNeck IT Solutions is seeking top talent for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)  to serve as the organization's senior financial leader and  integral member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO. As a key member of the OneNeck Executive Management team, the CFO will provide strategic direction, develop growth plans, identify and assist with the management of business risks, and influence operational activities across the organization.  The CFO will establish credibility, throughout the OneNeck organization, TDS and the Board of Directors, by effectively developing solutions to business challenges, driving decisions to achieve revenue growth and implementing improvements to achieve cost savings.


As the senior financial leader, the CFO directs all financial activities of OneNeck IT Solutions to ensure financial compliance with applicable rules, internal control needs and requirements, regulations and contractual obligations.  The CFO also provides timely and accurate information to the management team, TDS Board of Directors, and other users to enable educated economic decision-making about the OneNeck IT Solutions future.


Responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including:  long-range strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability management, development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, formulating financial policy and plans, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management attention, and presentation of findings and specific actions and/or recommendations to senior management that will drive process and profitability improvements.

  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization as a key member of the senior leadership team.
  • Guide the development of long-range strategic plans. Drive alignment first among OneNeck leadership and second with TDS Corporate Monday Strategy Group regarding the strategy, goals, and targets. Effectively communicate and gain support and confidence in the company strategy with TDS, TDS Board, and where appropriate, the investor community.
  • Foster a process improvement mindset throughout the organization to ensure improvements are identified and implemented to help drive profitability of the organization, create cost efficiencies and increase customer service.
  • Ensure timely creation of budgets, forecasts, other financial analyses and management reporting, (e.g., financial performance, resource allocation, approval of expenditures, and contractual commitments, business case preparation and review) that serve to inform and drive educated decision making by the CEO and OneNeck Senior Leadership Team, TDS, and Board of Directors.
  • Provide overall direction for the accounting, tax, insurance, credit, billing, and treasury functions specific to the organization’s assets and funds, and ensure that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organization’s internal control and regulatory requirements and ultimately lead to accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensure full compliance to GAAP, SEC, FCC, other regulatory requirements, internal company policy and procedures. No material 404 control deficiencies, no material PWC issues and all internal and external audit matters resolved within agreed close schedules.
  • Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.
  • Manage relationships with TDS Corporate partners, outside financial consultants and/or internal and external auditors. Provides direction, management and leadership oversight for direct reports within the financial discipline.
  • Performs other financial-related duties as required.


Required Quailifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA – OR 6+ years professional work experience
  • 15+ years’ financial leadership experience
  • CPA certification
  • Ability to travel 25%+

  • Experience in IT contract negotiation and management
  • Well-developed leadership skills, analytical and reasoning capabilities

  • An interest for and ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience and competency with computers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • A good overall general knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices
